DevConcepts PH is composed of a young, energetic and highly enthusiastic team who share a genuine commitment to development, are principle-centered and have unquestionable integrity.

The DevConcepts team is headed by Jonas Tetangco an experienced project manager and development practitioner. Jonas has 14 years of practical experience in the field of development management. He has managed numerous foreign-funded projects, including for AusAID, the World Bank, etc. and is highly knowledgeable in the intricacies of managing aid projects in the Philippines. Currently, he is the Philippines In-Country Manager of the AusAID-funded Australian Volunteers for International Development Program.

The DevConcepts team include a Senior Project Officer, Myles Liquigan, an experienced volunteer manager and trainer. We also have two Project Officers, Lyn Espadilla and Glacy Orocio, who are highly experienced in volunteer management, project administration, travel and events coordination. Liza Tetangco is the Finance Officer.

The DevConcepts team lives by Dr. Stephen R. Covey’s “7 Habits for Highly Effective People” and they have successfully completed the “7 Habits for Highly Effective People Signature Workshop” and “4 Disciples of Execution” through the Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (CLCI). This is proof of the team’s commitment to professionalism and excellence.
